L’adeguatezza degli assetti aziendali alla luce del Codice della crisi di impresa e dell’insolvenza
Abstract
Four years have passed since the entry into force of the Crisis and Insolvency Code and with this article the authors ask themselves whether the innovations introduced in article 2086 of the civil code regarding adequate corporate structures have been implemented by companies and how strong it is the correlation between the presence of adequate structures, the correct identification of the tool to overcome a corporate crisis and the success of the intervention actions implemented.
