Dichiarazione di fallimento e normativa COVID-19 (nota alla sentenza del Tribunale di Piacenza dell’8 maggio 2020)
Abstract
The Court of Piacenza, having taken into consideration the content of
the measures of Legislative Decree 23/2020 on insolvency matters, argues that
it can take a decision on the bankruptcy self petition submitted by the
entrepreneur during the period taken into account by the above-mentioned
decree. This argument is based on the assumption that there is enough evidence
that the insolvency had already materialised before the Covid period.
