Abstract
The
simple annotation in current account of the amount, make avaible by Bank to the
Client, is not enough to configure an agreement to open it; therefore, the
replacements reached on the current account must not be regarded as restory if
the effective use of credit doesn’t appear to be tried by the Client, then
declared bankrupt.
