IL PROCEDIMENTO DI COMPOSIZIONE DELLA CRISI DA SOVRAINDEBITAMENTO, TRA CRISI ECONOMICA E MERITEVOLEZZA
Abstract
The law on over-indebtedness aims to help those who
fault found themselves in difficult economic situations (i.e. bankruptcy),
excluding from that benefit those who can be defined as serial debtors who
resort to credit which usual means of payment and ordinary mode of family
management, without any contextualization than their economic capacity.
